Alabama is the state of many inventions, especially when it comes to motor vehicles and their many moving parts. However, that is nothing close to everything the state offers. Alabama is home to many natural resources, including steel, natural gas, and petroleum. The climate is generally warm and mildly humid, offering the perfect weather balance all year round. Mobile

Nicknamed The Azelea City, The City of Six Flags, and The Gateway to the Gulf, Mobile is a city of many nicknames and flags. Mobile, Chidersburg, and Moorseville are among the oldest cities and towns in the state, established way before Alabama was announced as a state. Home to the 9th largest port in the 海角社区, and a primary destination for many cruise ships, Mobile offers the perfect balance of touristy attractions and historical American culture. Known for its affordability, perfect weather, and low crime rate, the capital city of Alabama State, Montgomery, is named after the Irish soldier Richard Montgomery. It is the birthplace of civil rights, one of Martin Luther King Jr.鈥檚 homes, and the homeland of the impactful Montgomery Bus Boycott, organized by Martin Luther King after Rosa Parks was jailed for refusing to give up her bus seat back in America's segregation era. Incorporated in December 1819, Montgomery has a long and intriguing history and a new and improved downtown that narrates all the city鈥檚 past stories.

Located 10 miles from Huntsville, Alabama, Madison is a hub for tech companies, small businesses, and agriculture. Some of the best destinations to visit in the city include Dublin Memorial Park, Madison City Farmer鈥檚 Market, the Insanity skate park, and the famous Rainbow Mountain preserve. Alabama鈥檚 largest suburban city, and the 6th largest city in the state by population, Hoover rests along the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and features one of the best shopping centers in the state. The Riverchase Galleria opened in 1986 and spans over 2 million square feet of retail space. Another one of the leading destinations is Aldridge Botanical Gardens, which spans 30 acres with a lake and a broad range of plant species.聽

Auburn

The city of the historic University of Auburn was established in 1856; the town is more of a historic hidden gem than a busy city. Chewacla State Park is one of Auburn's main wholesome nature-inspired destinations, boasting over 696 acres of scenic land that hosts a rocky waterfall; the 26-acre lake Chewacla is perfect for watersport activities such as swimming and fishing. Located on the Black Warrior River, Tuscaloosa is named Druid City for its many water oak trees. It is a busy college town with student nightlife destinations and a lively small downtown. The William Bacon Oliver Lake crosses the city, adding to its scenic views and creating the perfect environment for the surrounding water oak trees.
