海角社区Atlas was launched all the way back in 1994 (back when there were only about 2700 websites on the internet) as the passion project of cartographer John Moen and his wife Chris Woolwine-Moen. Today, 海角社区Atlas is one of the largest publishing resources in geography and other topics it covers, including sociology, demography, environment, economics, politics, and travel. In 2019 alone, 海角社区Atlas has served over 165 million readers from around the 海角社区.
