Ephraim, also called the Home of Snow College, is the largest city in Sanpete County, with over 6000 residents. This diverse town is filled with people of all races, so it was nicknamed "Little Denmark." Ephraim is popular because of its community college, Snow College, which has over 6000 local and international students.

The Ephraim Pioneer Park and Canyon View Park are two places to start your adventure. There, you will connect with residents and other tourists while enjoying the town's history. You can also go swimming and fishing at the Canyon View Park. Explore diverse art forms at Granary Arts and watch a movie at Towne Theatre or Southtowne Cinema when you are done. Brigham City

Brigham City was first settled by a Mormon, William Davis, who explored the town in 1850 and eventually returned to bring his family members in 1851. By 1853, other people had found the town and settled in, making them about 24 residents. Peaches grow in abundance in this town, and this started in 1855 when William Wrighton paid for 100 peaches to be planted. They eventually discovered that Peach was perfect for their town's climate, leading to the annual Peach harvest festival held in September.

The Brigham City, Utah Temple, is the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which was the first settler's church as a Mormon. Explore the town's history at Brigham City Museum with other tourists. The Rees Pioneer Park has many facilities and activities, such as fishing ponds, a volleyball court, Horseshoe Pits, and a playground. The Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge is the ultimate birding location in the town. Watch a movie at Walker Cinemas 8 Perry in nearby Perry. There is a wildlife refuge at James V. The town was initially named Youngtown after John Young, a Mormon settler, but it was eventually changed to Torrey after Jay Torrey from Illinois, who became known during the Spanish-American War. Torrey town is just 8 miles from Capitol Reef National Park, which makes it the closest city to the Capitol Reef. You can stay at the Capitol Reef Resort while in town.
