With a population of 11,665, Mendota Heights sits on the southern border of聽Minneapolis听补苍诲听St. Paul. The area overlooks the Mississippi听补苍诲听Minnesota Rivers, offering small-town charm alongside the perks of a big city.

Best known for its German heritage and historical sites, New Ulm is a great space to plant your roots. You'll find unique attractions like the Hermann Heights Monument and the Minnesota Music Hall of Fame. The town sits on land located between the Minnesota River and the Cottonwood River.
