The building is owned by Ivanhoe Cambridge and has an atrium which holds a large ice skating rink which makes it popular.

1250 Ren茅-L茅vesque

1250 Ren茅-L茅vesque, which is also called the IBM-Marathon Tower, is the second tallest building in Montreal. The building is 199 m (653 ft) tall and has 47 floors of both closed and open office spaces.

Tour de la Bourse is the third tallest building in Montreal. Also known as Place Victoria or Stock Exchange Tower, the building is 190 m tall and has 48 floor

Place Ville-Marie

Place Ville-Marie is the fourth tallest building in Montreal, standing at a height of 188 m and a total of 43 floors. It is one of the most popular skyscrapers in Montreal, because it is the only building designed in the shape of a crucifix and has rotating lights that can be seen at a distance of more than 50 kilometers away.

CIBC Tower

CIBC Tower has a height of 187 m (614 ft) and has 45 floors. The building is owned and managed by the British Columbia Investment Corporation (BCIC). If its communication antenna is included, the building has a total height of 225 m (738 ft).

Tour des Canadiens is the seventh tallest building in Montreal, standing at a height of 167 m (548 ft). It has 50 floors and is a residential building that consists of 552 condos. It is located next to the Bell Centre, a hockey arena in downtown Montreal. The building is named after the Montreal Canadiens hockey team, which is a co-owner of the project. Construction of Tour des Canadiens started in 2013 and ended in 2016.

1501 McGill College

1501 McGill College, also known as La Tour McGill, stands at a height of 158 m (518 ft) and has 36 floors. The building was constructed by WZMH Architects and completed in 1992.

Complexe Desjardins South Tower
