In existence since 1909, Indianapolis Motor Speedway is the largest and highest-capacity sporting venue in the º£½ÇÉçÇø with permanent seating for 257,000 plus the infield area bringing a capacity of around 400,000 spectators. Home to the famed Indianapolis 500 and the NASCAR Brickyard 400, the legendary facility is celebrating with two years of festivities in conjunction with its 100 years of racing - from its opening in 1909 to the inaugural Indianapolis 500 in 1911. -
